Event Registration
Neighborhood block parties, National Night Out, 4th of July parades, church and school festivals — all are great reasons to get out and meet others in the community. They also require a great deal of planning and support.
If you would like Precinct 5 to come by, either to support your event or participate in it, let us know about it by filling out the event registration form below.
Whether it's providing traffic control for a neighborhood parade, providing information at neighborhood meetings, or showing up just to visit on National Night Out, Precinct 5 is ready to help make your event as safe and successful as possible.
After submitting the form, a member of the Community Relations Division will contact you within 3 days to discuss the details.
Please submit your registration at least two weeks prior to the event. Registrations received after the two-week mark will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
