Personal Safety is something no one should take lightly. We live in one of the most wonderful cities in the country, the 4th largest behind NY, Los Angeles, and Chicago, unfortunately we have a crime rate commensurate with it. The Personal Safety Awareness and Self Defense Course is a critical awareness and reactionary course that offers practical tactics and techniques to use to deal with dangerous situations at home or when in public. From detection of danger as it develops to dealing with it directly, this course is built to enhance anyone's personal safety. To get signed up for the next class complete the registration below.
Registration for the Personal Safety Awareness and Self Defense Course is open. This program is open to men and women ages 18 and up.
Please note that facility reservations and the assignment of personnel to teach the course are based off the number of participants registered. We understand that things come up but we ask that if you have registered for this course, that you make every effort to be in attendance. Please notify as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to make the class.
